the best family in the world

my day has been filled with my family sending me birthday wishes and warm thoughts..
THAT.. has to be the best part of my day..
Thank you to everyone who made my 40th b-day a very good day for me.

the pump to my well went out yesterday.. talk about a bummer deal.. But "V" got it switched out today and for alot less than I had thought it was going to cost..

ducklings

I have been incubating duck eggs for my neighbor.. and the first one peeked up at me this morning.. ANOTHER thing to make a great day

There are 9 but one may not make it.. cross your fingers.. they are sooo cute.. these are runner cross ducklings... sooooo tired after a long hard day..




But happy birthday to them as well.

Fat Fabulous and 40!!!!!!!!

Well I have waited a long time to reach this birthday. For some reason it just seems sooo exciting to be 40. I know for some of you it will sound weird to read that.. but well it is exciting to me. I have a grown son who is finally figuring things out for himself. Still a little to go but he is making it and I couldn't be prouder of him. I am back to work and feel really good about what I do there and the people I work with.
Life starts anew..

Cheers.. to the rest of life.. I hope it is filled with as many life lessons as the first part.. only I am hoping it is a little easier as.. I should have learned from the past.. right ;P..

We see.. I hope that every one else had a great day today too.

Babbette's Baby Boy

Happy Birthday... I did take these yesterday.. just didn't get them loaded until this morning.

Babbette had another baby

V called me at work to let me know that Babbette had a baby today.. When I got home I found out that it is a little boy..very healthy... able to nrse just fine so far.. and soooo cute.. I will post pics in the morning.
